Space navies for interstellar conflict or just rockets?

Just found this game and i am a huge fan of anything total annihilation. Loved Supreme commander: Alliances..

This looks amazing- well the concept is amazing, the graphics are so so. I`m in for the great looking gameplay though..

Question:
Has anything been said about spaceships (carriers, battleships, cruisers etc) to move between planets and solar systems.

I`ll happily donate money for this game. IF there is a chance of spaceships on top of everything else, i`ll donate even more..
