South East Asia.

Hey guys, I live in South East Asia and I must know.

Is it worth it to get it here? I mean, I don't want to buy MNC only to find out most of the servers available are 300-999 over ping.

Also, how much does lag affect gameplay? Does MNC have good netcoding?

IIRC. There's 1-5 (not entirely sure) good Asian servers where you should get decent ping, as well as an AU server which, would that count as good ping? :?:

Those are in Australia. They're you're best bet for servers.

Anything under 200 will be fine, this game is surprisingly forgiving when it comes to latency.

Lag doesnt affect gameplay THAT much. I remember playing on an american server (~300-400ping) as a sniper and did just as well as i do on aus servers. You can notice the lag, but i could still get headshots easily, it would just tell me ~2 seconds later that i got it, which didnt bother me aslong as i got it.
But i guess over time it would get rather annoying.
Im guesing as this game gets popular and popular, they will add more asain servers.

Can anyone give me the 3fl servers to test for the ping?

I found a blog post on the 3FL website with some servers, but they don't respond to ping from where I am.

Hmm. Can't seem to ping the server either.

I'm playing from northern China and I regularly have around 10-15 servers with ping under 200. I too was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to play much from here, but I can always find full games of people to play with.
