This is a problem that has been happening with pretty much every time I open MNC. What happens is that the sound for the game only doesn't come on (i.e. music players and other system sounds still play). A solution to overcome this is to simply go to the sound mixer, to find that the volume bar for the game is at the absolute lowest and just pull it up again. A big problem is that MNC is hardly Alt-Tab friendly, and very often renders the user not being able to get back into the game once alt tabbing out of it. Any better solutions out there? EDIT: Never mind, found the solution. For those who do have the same problem just make sure in the Sounds setting in your Control Panel has 'Do Nothing' selected in the Communications tab.
