Can anyone fill me in on, when the DLC will be released? And if it will fix the issue where it separates a party when joining a game? Thanks a ton.

Next week I think its going to happen. I mean it is the last full week of November. Doesn't DLC usually release on Tuesdays, or is it just randoms days? I recall DLC only releasing during weekdays though.

Well they just crapped out the Black Ops title update, so I would imagine any day now for MNC. Next week would be a good estimate as any.

I'm pretty sure the Marketplace only updates on a Tuesday (or Wednesday [it's late Wednesday for me]). :|

I see it update almost bidaily nowadays, always seeing new lips/rb/gh/kinect dlc's everyday.

Don't forget though, new reach maps are incoming too.

I believe Monday's start the Deal's of the Week, Tuesday is Game Content, Wednesday is Xbla Games, and I think Indie games and Demos come out whenever.

I believe it varies with the week and content. I've seen things be released of every category on every weekday(such as the mostly-forgotten delay of the Left 4 Dead/Left 4 Dead 2 DLC the Sacrifice being released on a Wednesday rather than the slightly-more typical Tuesday or Thursday). I don't recall even indie games being released on the weekends, I suppose Martketplace just isn't updated on weekends.

DLC for XBLA games come out on Wednesdays. I'm pushing for a Monday instead but really at this point I'd love to have the DLC out ASAP. Right now if I had to guess it would be next week or the week after.

    Possibly the week after?!?

I understand the need to keep a good relationship with your publisher, but man, if I were you guys I would be livid with Microsoft right now and would be starting a serious dialogue with them ASAP. You know, "Fool me once" and all that.

Well they do have to cover dozens of other games at once when it comes to patches and DLC, and throwing more people/money at it doesn't always help. I don't think PSN is any different (update days aside) and Nintendo is still a few years behind in online support. I would not be surprised if a company as big as Microsoft has a ton of internal "red tape" that their partners never see.

Another game I've been eager to play has also had a similar hoopla around its November release, in that it only just yesterday got its release date cemented for next Monday. "What was that StrongBad? Go all in? I don't think so." I'm sure even PC distributors have their own catches for patches and whatnot.

PSN and Nintendo online services are both free. So I would understand if it was on either of those platforms.

However, Microsoft gets PAID for Xbox Live. They have the resources to ensure title updates and DLC gets out on time and quickly. There really is no excuse.

I saw a tweet on the main page yesterday that it would be out in the next "several weeks"

I'm interested on how long a MW or HALO update takes to go through cert. It sucks because for us it's just a game and we'll all eventually move on and play something else, for UBER this **** can make or break a company.

This is EXACTLY the main problem with this. Uber is a rare developer who obviously puts painstaking care into a wonderfully polished game and then cares for it post-release.

I want Devs like Uber to be around and Microsoft isn't giving them the support they need to really flourish. Its annoying for a gamer who cares about the industry.

I agree fully, Uber has not only been active in it's own community(A HUGE plus for me) but I haven't loved a shooter this fully since Halo 1 came out(Say what you will, Halo: Combat Evolved, was what actually got me hooked on console shooters, before that the original "Wolfenstein" and "Doom" had me strictly a PC shooter. I'm patiently waiting and I'm pretty sure that no matter what I'd rather play MNC than pay $60 for ANOTHER CoD (2nd one was the best, 3rd was just plain fun)

BLASHWLDHASDH$EWEDSXASD.. release the friggin DLC already Microsoft! What the helllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll. We should bombard Major Nelson with inquires and statements that gamers do know and do resent the lengthy times that MS takes to cert arcade games. The Castle Crashers and the Worms folks had the same issues.. practically killed the popularity of two of the most played XBLA titles. Castle Crashers had some horrible save bugs where people would lose progress if they played multiplayer (which was loads of fun). Worms was relying on promised DLC which arrived like 3 months late due to cert. It is absolutely absurd the way MS goes about this. They should have an entirely seperate cert team for XBLA so games dont get held up by large commercial releases/demands and priorities.

That would be awesome if it came next week. I just can't wait.

Edit: I would like to add that there are currently 1337 topics in this section. That is all.

yeah, they **** up anymore and they will end up like walmart.

nobody really liking them and they are on a quick move torwards total boycott by everyone who can possibly manage to get anything anywhere else. no, seriously, if microsoft continues this for another year (or possibly less), then ill invest in an apple and some stand-alone games, which i hate apples software but i hate microsoft's whole freking face right now.
