I already have some friends that are decently skilled, but nothing really organized as yet. I consider myself to be a rather versatile player, with a preferred role of Support. I can play Support, Gunner, Sniper, and Assassin all based on how my teammates are playing. Just last night, I was the MVP all over as a Sniper, and then I found going into another set of players that really demanded I play Gunner.

Support: Rate of fire, skill recovery, armor. Now that the fire rate works with the heal/hurt gun, I intend to take full advantage of it. Quicker shotgun blasts are very nice icing. Beyond that, regenerating Air Strikes definitely would be handy.
Gunner: Accuracy, clip Size, armor. I understand that minigun damage goes down at longer ranges, but the ability to have focused fire has proven very handy to me. A large clip size is a given, and I just hope armor gives me the slight edge in a firefight.
Sniper: Armor, Critical, rate. The level 3 armor is there mostly to work against assassinations, but lack of it would have definitely given me far more deaths. The way I see it, I need every bullet to do as much damage as possible, because I'm probably not going to get headshots against good players. Increased rate of fire is primarily for working on turrets.
EDIT: I'm now trying armor, rate, and clip size. I've heard some talk about a high RoF being good, and I get the impression it'd come in really handy for battles with Supports over their turrets. Of course it'd help with the SMG too, and since it'd run out of ammo much more quickly, I figured I'd need some extra clip for that kind of fight.
Assassin: Speed, armor, skill recovery. Strike hard, and fade away! If turret defense just isn't working out as a support (most likely because the other team is killing my teammates too well), I'll turn to this and start hitting bots. I also tend to use it when I've just given up, because I can't be trapped in my base as easily and can start to take some fight over to their unguarded base.

MNC Crossfire has a good amount of people in our group, and we sponsor good teamwork, and just flat out fun. We have a play date on Monday Nights. They are 4v4 Privates with everybody that is added onto to MNC Crossfire tag playing. It is 4v4 so the teams are randomized more. We have a solid group of about 3-6 people that play every day. We are happy to incorporate new people. Just send the MNC Crossfire tag a friend request, and if you see someone on the friends list online, invite them.
Or if you want to play on random days, send me a friend request and i will invite you to a party when we are all playing :)
    My gamertag is Scented Midget.

Edit: We also play the same characters, and about the damn same too :D
