Taiwan is famous for their televesion puppet shows just like Japan is famous for their animes. Puppet show from Taiwan usually has a serious Wuxia/fantasy theme, and all voice acting and narrating are done by a single actor. I haven't seen any english translation for them yet, perhaps it's because the translator would have to deal with a lot of literary Chinese and poetry, and the most western people won't take any puppet show seriously, so it would be a lot of effort and a waste of time. Anyway, at least you can enjoy some fighting scenes. Several scenes from Pili (Thunderbolt) : One of its opening: Back in 2006, Pili was dubbed as a anime parody by Cartoon Network and shown under the name "Wulin Warriors", that dubbing was horrible, so it got canceled immediately by CN after two episodes. Several scenes from Jinguang (Golden Light): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QBJWzfSAl0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSg6vCK-SFE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmWD9b1DXAw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mf20ajlAxwI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYyfgTwuK4s One of its openings: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMi1WHKjR7o
