Some more ideas for the game.

    i've been playing some Rise of Legends, and its fun, but unbalanced as hell. The interesting part is that theres a mechanic that when more units of the same type are in the field, they become more expensive, making the game balance itself in-game :O . Ofcourse that wouldn't really work in PA becouse of the large mass of units. but we can bend that idea to our will :p.

    I suggest an AI director who decides on what units or buildings your building alot in comparison to others and ajusts the metal price for that unit/building, making you build a larger veriaty of stuff. Some things should be considered less by the director then others. Walls for example will not get much attention, and basic units get ALOT less attention from the director then advanced units/structures. this way basic units get the advantage of being more easely mass produced etc.
    ofcourse this director should be totally costumizable to allow more or less using the same units, and there should probably be a eco-repeat order, that makes factorys build the cheapest unit of the selected ones preventing you from paying too much metal. It might also stop the mass production of nukes as evry nuke built will be alot more expensive then the previous, if the host decided the director should be strict on nukes.

    Metal is as you know most of the elements we know of. some units will use more of a element then others. if you build alot of units of the same type some metals will be used more and others less, requireing you to use more metal then you would have needed when all types of metal are used (multiple units)

    Second there should also be a tank that only requires metal to build and a bot that requires only energy to build. these would ofcourse be alot less powerfull then ones that require both but they can play a significant role, as metal tanks are good when alot of power is destroyed (as a last weak shield that may or may not save your ***) and the bots give a extra push if you managed to have lost alot of metal spots (your most likely screwed then but evry little bit of help is welcome then) ofcourse these units are only combat bots and do not forfill another purpose then i just discribed (at least they are more usefull then booms :p )

    I have no idea if these ideas are wanted, but maybe they become a hit, you never know till ya try.
