First, I'm not using nor have I ever used the -nofeatures tag.

I don't see any features and thus no metal spots on the planet. I've tried 3 different games, no luck. The other player I was with also reported no visible features.

I've made a bug track thingie here. (searched first, haven't found that issue yet)

Anybody else knows anything about this?

(No wonder I always got such a high frame rate with no features at all...)

Nah, that bug is creating the planet in a preview state.

I get the full planet, with mountains, water, craters etc.

But no small rocks, trees or metal spots.

    Edit: Added a screenshot.

I feel like an idiot now...

Went to the nvidia site and downloaded their drivers... now it works. Using the drivers from my pc vendors didn't since apparantly they never updated them.

So, bug solved. Reason: user stupidity

Btw. I'm probably not the only one with that issue as 2 people I've played games with commented that they don't see those features too. So maybe an error message connected to that may be possible to inform people about it? (Yeah, solving user issues caused by users is kinda meh but hey I don't have anything better to say.)

If you insult yourself, does that mean we should warn you to be nicer to yourself? These rules sometimes confuse me..
