I've noticed the other day that solar power plants can actually move orbits now. Was this intentional or do I need to report it in the bug tracker? I had the feeling that only orbital units that can be produced by the orbital launcher should be able to move orbits (anchor and orbital fighter are obviously an exception here, but they won't be in the next patch).
