And I meet this man with a thick Australian accent. Because this was my second day I spent the last bit with him touring the campus of the university making checks on all the computer equipment. So he begins talking to me and we talk about my aspirations to become a programmer. I mention that I'm getting into it but my favorite aspect of computer science is computer repair. He says "So you might try to get into IT like me?" And then he pauses and says word for word: "IT's a good job, mate. Pay sucks though." I had to contain my laughter as I imagined the sniper working on computers.
