    ...about M$'s inane policies, where would I send that letter? I want to do my bit, hold M$ accountable and all that. hell, they're mailing sacks of potatoes to valve for giving portal out early. for giving it out early. seriously.

    is there an address where someone might actually read a letter? i feel like bitching is pointless on these forums, and rightly so. but anyone know who i can wag my angry finger at? through the postal service?
