So I was reported..for 'lagging out of my shots'

So this guy (who I repeatedly killed as a Sniper,ROF, Crit, Clip, sent me a message saying he's reporting me for 'lagging out of each of his shots'...now the game was laggy, not terribly bad but it was hitching - with my build and the map we were on, and my specific spot, If I'm lagging I can spam (high rate of fire) and get off some kills, especially if people don't move...he was playing a Tank and was trying to rail gun me.

SO he reported me for exploiting and I reported him for feedback tampering (seeing as I really wasn't doing anything wrong). Then I proceeded to call him a b17c4 and he should learn to play within the confines of the code and learn to play. He reported me again =D

Obviously nothing will come of the reporting as it rarely does, especially when he probably said, I kept shooting and missing becuz he wuz lagging out my sh0tZ!1 but really is this what we're up against?

Keep in mind that a match which is laggy for one person may not be laggy for someone else.

I totally understand that lag can happen to anyone in any match but it sounds to me like he's the one lagging and just happened to focus on me and I killed him a lot and his nerdrage got the best of him.

Well there is some serious slow down if your in the enemy base and basically most of both teams are there with a bunch of spawned bots. It gets real hard to shoot then lol.
