The hud (money, ammo remaining, and crosshair) vanishes if I go 3+ frags/headshots or more each life. Once I get fragged, the respawn counter ticks down, and I respawn to no hud. I have to change my class to get a hud back.
try taunting to get it back there's a known bug that dying while taunting can cause the HUD to disappear
