Anyone know which folder and UPK pack they are in? I don't think from what i found, that any upk file's names gives away their location. Or, are they server side now?
Another question. I see in the current "rule changes 30" files a spot reserved for a character called "leo". How long has that been there? I think the character was planned a few updates in advance lol.
