I love the game. I see Single Player is still greyed out. What I would like is to be able to select the AI as opponent in Custom Game instead of a real player. Will this be implemented?
ah ok but it is not possible to set the level of difficulty of the AI at present is it? Will this be possible to set in the future? For me personally playing against the AI is more fun.
...Sometimes. I've managed to get in a game vs. AI only once, every other time I've tried another player has joined or the game simply doesn't start after clicking "Ready". /hoping for a private game option and/or "+AI button" at some point
I've never had an issue to play agianst AI, just setup a game and then join an army and ready up before anyone can join the game and you're golden!
I've only been able to get into a game with the AI once (and the AI commander spawned and was stuck underneath a terrain feature, leaving me to build stuff freely - which was a good opportunity to check out the various buildings and units ). Every other attempt has resulted in one of the following: • a player joining within a few seconds • several minutes of waiting followed by a player joining • many minutes of waiting followed by me posting here
you must be unlucky heh, I've actually never had anyone ever join one of my games, not even on purposely waiting for someone lol
I've had very good success simply starting a 2 player game with myself taking one slot. Shortly after pressing ready the game starts and I have an AI opponent. Granted, a few times this hasn't worked.
