Skill Recovery, grapple?

    Im sure theres already a thread about this but i cant seem to find it. Any1 know if for an Assassin is skill recovery effects a successful grapple's cooldown?

    I believe I read somewhere that it only effects it when you have lvl. 3 passive skill. When you only have lvl 1 & 2 passive, it will have no effect at all.

    And even with gold it only cuts it down by 5-6 seconds

    And without gold armor...well...ya

    Not worth it imo

    I personally go Armor-RoF-Skill regen for my assassin.

    Armor is self-explanatory.

    RoF helps get sword kills on pros, turrets, and bots as well as helping the shuriken launcher.

    And bronze skill regen helps regain my skills after using them. It also cuts the grapple cool down by 3 seconds once I have lvl 3 passive. So, I found that skill regen is as good as any endorsement for my bronze slot.
