It would be nice when playing private matches with friends to be able to mix up the teams, as currently it seems to try to keep the same teams together round after round, which is irksome when teams are unbalanced or you just want to play with different people.
Yeah, I would very much want this. I enjoy having private matches with my friends, and would like to be shuffled around with each match. Of course teams should have the ability to be set for actually arranged matches, but I wanna be able to just goof off with friends.
You should just be able to pick your team yourself while in lobby (for a private match). It would make pug games where people have captains and pick way easier. Plus it would make it much easier to put private games together. Just to have fair games in private games (where we don't get stuck with 5 assaults on one team and 2 assassins on the other), we have to strategically tell people when they can join. It's very annoying and would be much simpler if everyone could just pick their own team. I was under the impression that this was happening in the DLC, but I guess the useful ready button was more important.
