Shave Ice Turret Should Heal Fire

    A friendly shave ice turret should heal fire... right?

    Yeah, if you want the turret to freeze your *** everytime you pass through it.
    So, in short, not really.

    They did experiment with putting out a fire on a water based level. Needless to say the map didn't make it.

    Interesting concept, I like it. It would provide more incentive to build them. The funny thing is people don't know that they are very good at countering assassins too.

    You make absolutely no sense...

    Well, that's not my fault, nor the fault of my post. If the turret is indeed an ice turret, it would freeze you/slow you like any other player (E.G. en enemy) If the turret had an effect on you, it would be friendly fire. And that would mean at least part of the negative effect would be suffered by your character.

    It's simple, really. Either the turrets attack other people, or they're some kind of support turret that heals you. It can hardly have a secondary fuction if it's defense/offense oriented. (the firebase is an obvious exception, since it isn't a static turret (E.G. you can place it wherever, and don't need a nub), and it doesn't heal with it's bullets. Although the ice by the shaveice couldn't just put out the fire but not freeze the player. The elements do not play favourites.)

    How does that make no sense?

    oh, word bro, I always put one near the bridges, Those things can be nasty for enemy bots, and especially assassin's.

    I loved the shaveice ever since I had it at 3.3, assassins charged me, I saw a snow cloud, fired my shotty, easy kills. :mrgreen:

    I agree with the OP but the likelihood of you being set on fire and being near a friendly shaveice is quite low. That said, I still think it should.

    Shaveice for the win.

    Sounds good. Just as long as it still slows my enemies down while they are on fire. Granted the get away from turn burn charge. :lol:

    What does hacking a shave ice do anyways? I've never seen any noticeable change.

    The equivalent of me saying good I can run faster, just as long as my base doesn't implode.

    I agree. It makes sense and is something that would add a small counter to tanks instead of snipers only.
