Greetings everyone, this is a forum for the discussion of tactics and custom classes relating to those snide and stocky tanks. It's crazy out there and having a good hard-luck man of action at the forefront of your offense can be crucial. Please dispense the information freely, for the more we as a community learn from each other, the better we can learn for our selves.

Keep your bacon hot and your jet gun hotter, and let's share some strats, shall we?

My most beloved strategy at the moment is my Death Blossom Build Tank. The idea is to reload incredibly quickly in order to increase the frequency of my Death Blossoms. This can be used in great effect when clearing out the area around the money ball, dispensing of large crowds of blackjacks and other bots, or keeping an eye out for that assassin you just saw stealth by a second ago.

The sponsors are listed from Gold to Bronze.

    Intelliclips
This obviously shrinks the reload time for the Jet Gun to a very rapid pace. Very crucial to keep up the highest amount of damage per second for the area of effect Death Blossom attack.

    Steel Peel
You're going to be doing a lot of up close and personal fighting, whether it be clearing out Pros or wiping out an army of advancing enemy bots. Such a proximity to danger calls for gratuitous amounts of armor. Combine this with the fully upgraded health and recharge of the Tank skill, and you'll be stopping bullets a stomping asses in no time.

    Focusall
The third choice is mostly just personal preference as it won't be applying that much extra to whatever you pick. I personally like to use a lot of Ad Grenades and charges, so I decided to go with improved skill recharging. This could easily be replaced with additional speed to keep your spinning yo-yo of death moving a bit more quickly through your opponent's forces.

    Questions, comments, suggestions?

You can death blossom and reload at the same time, canceling the animation but still keeping the damage. Also hover between death blossoms so you aren't grappled.

    Whoa, that's useful.

my endgame tank I switch to from my beginning game tank uses Reload/RoF/Armor, but I want to present RoF specifically because it helps boost your offensive power, especially in those situations where you don't wanna spin first, ask questions later.

Pretty insightful information, guys. I've been using the hovering trick with some decent results, gotta hand it to you. I may toy around with the rate of fire some time today.

My Tank build seems to be less of a player-killer and more of a game-winner. I'm constantly getting MVP in the games that I've been playing, but my KD spread has never been much higher than 1.000. I like to get in, destroy their defenses, and get out if all goes well.
