Server works with LAN, but not on Internet

I have been searching and not able to find any help regarding this issue. My server is up, and runs just fine if I connect via LAN. However, when I attempt to connect via Internet it gives me the following error:

Error: can't start an online game in state 3

Anyone else experience/work through this? Any help is appreciated. I have forwarded the port ranges for UDP and TCP per the guide.

"Error: can't start an online game in state 3" is issued if im correct when there are not enough players in the server. it is issued most when a round is started and the server empties out. this error actually doesn't influence anything, your server will continue to run fine. So this error is not part of the issue your having, this error

I think your having a port forwarding issue.
please look in the " Standalone Dedicated Servers Information *Updated* " for port specifics

Correct you were sir. I double checked it and found there was conflicting forwarding going on from a previous server. Thanks for the tip.
