Server wont start at all.

OS: Windows server 2008 R2 standard
I have installed directx and c++ files..

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is in
correct. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

any ideas?

Usually that's an indication that vcredist hasn't been installed.

We use the DirectX, c++, and PhysX in the binaries\win32\support directory.

Install both 2005 (vc8) and 2008 (vc9).

Make sure you use the command line outlined in the standalone dedicated servers thread.
