1. New units break in the Galactic War the second they fire their weapon. 2. Icons are loaded on lobby entrance, resulting in it being impossible to load icons from server mods. 3. Models cannot be shadowed, which means server mods that resize models have to include texture files as the texture file path is entirely automated. This bumps up mod size considerably. 4. Units with multiple weapons that use the ammo system will crash the server upon their death. 5. Reloading the lobby (By changing the map, for example) before a server mod is fully loaded will cause a ****load of UI issues.
6. The "Allow mod data updates" for servers is extremely buggy and will always crash at some point when Ctrl +Alt +P is pressed. It works fine for client side mods though.
