@jables Seems to be a lot more issues recently with the servers... were any change made in December? We are seeing a lot of stalls that look like network issues and some freezes most of which are fatal. Subjectively it seems to always be the overflow to Amazon servers... any chance they are over provisioned? What are you seeing in your server monitoring?
Please report the hostname/ip, port and lobbyId (for hosts) from your logs of any games that you experience stalls or freezes (but not sim slow downs). Had a match with a couple friends suddenly freeze and end tonight around midnight CST. Internet was not the problem because we were consistently talking on Ventrilo throughout the game/after. Played a couple of games and apart of servers dying at some point performance throughout the games was pretty good (not much stuttering). Anyways I've got some logs. Everyone got a disconnect [21:59:40.765] INFO Connect to ec2-54-163-92-21.compute-1.amazonaws.com:9001 worked [21:59:44.406] INFO [JS/game] :12: lobby_id: "13523720446846157942" Server dies when people haven't even spawned. Everyone got a disconnect. [22:08:52.312] INFO Connect to ec2-54-144-235-210.compute-1.amazonaws.com:9000 worked [22:08:55.375] INFO [JS/game] :12: lobby_id: "11314583141574999437" Stuck for a while when one of the big players died. Performance throughout the game was good until the end. This was with client mods but I don't think that could be an issue since everyone was experiencing it.
