Server browser player count, not even close

The player count for each server (x/12) in the server browser has been, in my experience, completely inaccurate. Even though it's am at the moment and the player count is really low, I just joined about 5 servers that said anywhere from 8/12 to 11/12 and all of them had 1-3 players. I've also joined servers that listed 4/12 many times that actually had 10 or 11 players in them.

This makes it very frustrating when trying to find a full game and shows that this is at the moment, completely broken.

Yea I just found this out. EVERY other game out there shows (current players/max players) for their player counts. Thank you for doing it backwards and making it confusing...
