As of right now no there isn't. This will be a feature later implemented. But most likely once they have flushed out orbital and transporting units become easier and less buggy. As of right now, even if they did implement it, it wouldn't fit too well with gameplay. They have been ramping up content releases for new units and features, so I suspect it should be withing the month.
