Secret Server Key Commands

    During @sorian's stream he showed off some keyboard commands for the server window. I set up a server page on PA-Wiki; here is the currently known keys.

    - End: Pause the sim
    - End (while paused): Tick sim once
    - Page Up: Speed sim up
    - Page Down: Slow sim down
    - Home: Set the sim speed back to normal
    - F11: Show the nav debug view in the server window. You can right click on a unit to make it the debug agent

    Perhaps it prints related stuff to the console? I didn't figure out how to scroll around and find a unit, so I haven't really experimented yet.
