Save Bug x2: 0 econ/sandbox comm gains econ on load & no info.json (now with logs and save uploads!)

Posting this away from my PC, but win 7 64bit I had 2 weird save issues today.

The first was loading from a save were I had set the AI to 0.0 econ, and it built a base as normal. I didn't think to check back through cronocam for when it started to build. I still have the save, so I can just reload it later today and check it out.

The other one was I saved a game on a 12 planet custom map, and the par.gz is on my drive, but no info.json... Again, I'll try to reproduce it.

This is the save I load, and the ai commander gets an economy when I've set him to have none.

If you load this as a replay, skip to around 4:50. That's when the ai enemy comm goes from 0/0 metal to normal levels, same with energy.

Haven't tried reproducing the 12 planet save issue, but here are what I think are the log files from that session:

Like I said, there is no info.json part, so the save doesn't appear in the list. Hope this helps

Well, for some reason I cannot reproduce the "no info.json". I even surrendered and went to the main menu before it finished saving the par.gz, and it wrote the info.json
