Router overload

I've had a problem for ages with server lists overloading my router and forcing it to shut down. I've managed to workaround it in many games - joining friends games from my steam list and bypassing server lists altogether.

However - in MNC - I have no such luck. I'm managing to get into games just fine, but after about a minute the game loses connection and my router restarts. I've forwarded the ports but with no luck so far - does anyone know anything I could do to fix this? Is there an even bigger range of ports I can forward?

If it helps I have a BT Homehub and this is how I've forwarded the ports -

I ran a server on my computer, it overloaded my router to the point its useless. Hard reset would not fix it either.

I have ran many servers before for other games, this one just crashed it.
