Rookie achievement doesn't unlock

    After you get the Rookie ProTag, play around a bit, exit the game, check achievements and find that the Rookie achievement is not unlocked.

    I do see other achievements being unlocked or progress tracked, so it has to be the trigger for this one that's failing.

    According to the Steam stats, only 0.1% of everyone who owns MNC has unlocked Rookie.
