Ring shaped world

i would be cool to see ring shaped stellar structures, like the halos from the halo universe
it would be cool to see such in the galactic war

Uber has stated ring worlds are possible. Likely will be added through a mod.

Players will only be able to wage war on the outside of the ring through.
