Respawn issue, will get stuck

It has happened to me now more than a few times so i decided to come on here and mention this issue revolving around the respawn.

When you are trying to respawn you will get stuck at your counter, with your character on screen ready to run. In order to continue your spawn you have to press down on the d pad and reselect that same class you see ready to fight. the timer after reselection will continue down to zero and allow you to continue fighting, just thought id mention this issue after having it a few times now.

Yes. It's a noted issue they have known about but couldn't fit it into the TU in time.

Ah ok, wasnt to sure and the forums get loaded with other items it makes it hard to search, glad its noted at least, found it frustrating but not terrible.
