Requirements for servers?

I dint find anything regarding servers so ill ask here.

Will it be possible to host your own servers at all? If not, whos gonna pay for the official servers ?(Will there be running and shooting coke-cans and satellites with gilette blades after a few weeks)?
Given that the load is concentrated on the server what are the requirements for running one? I suppose fast CPU + RAM isnt a big problem nowadays, but bandwidth might be.

Yes. After release server side will be available so we'll able to host our own servers.
