Hey I have no idea if this is do able or not, but a cool down for the commander uber cannon would be really help full for commander fights ect. Would probably be best above the commanders health bar or in the the existing commander heath mod.
Would be a great but not sure how it would be possible to know when it has been fired to begin a timer. Think this kind of information is on the server. Count to 10 like I do
