Rename moon biome to barren

That's what it was going to be called originally anyway. (SOURCE: Pending Google search)

yeah, its only called that because it is what our moon is like. Not every "moon" planet is a moon, its often a planet. So yes, as it does make sense to name it "moon" after our moon, it just isn't true.

would rather call it dust or ash biome .. barren can be aswell just be some lifeless rock ..
but if you look at the surface of our moon then it realy is covered in dust

No it was always moon since alpha. There were discussion for barren, but it isn't as descriptive since it isn't barren and is moonesque. Then there is lunar, more descriptive, but directly relates to the name of our earth's natural satellite. Then there is moon biome, and that is not too specific namewise while being descriptive...

I do like Lunar for the name. It's landscape is similar or our moon, Luna, not to a moon in general since there are no requirements for moons to have certain terrain types or features. Moon does get the point across very well, but Lunar is more accurate.

I'm going to tell you the exact things that I told Icy when he wanted to rename the metal planets (Except in a more condensed less ranty format).
1: Really is this important? (But then again it is a minor change that wont take up dev time so I don't mind really).
2: Technically Lunar would a much better description that barren. (Any planet type can be barren in PA).

On the good side of things if all we (as a community) are complaining about is the labelling of planets then the Uber guys must be doing something right

When you launch a planet/asteroid into a larger planet it creates a big mkrater.

Heh, no worries. Yeah, I've heard others call it McRater or McRaider (which would be a funny Indiana Jones movie...) heh, but yah, it's Krater which is often misspelled as Crater.
