The launch edition of the game includes a number of upgrades, including enhancements to both single-player and multiplayer. It will also include two new features: resource-rich gas giants and the "Annihilaser," a celestial laser of doom that obliterates planets with each tremendous blast.

As a thank you to our generous backers and early access supporters, we're giving you all access to these features shortly via a game update.

Additionally, the release build of Planetary Annihilation will be available on the show floor at PAX this August 29 through September 3.

Jeez, still crashing after winning missions in Galactic War.

Unit cannon isn't for a while. Official ladder is coming in an update probably in the next few months.

How bout more deets? Like OS, GPU, etc.

Whats the story with the new host, PlayFab? Played 3 rounds this morning, all three had pretty horrific Sim lag (I assume that was the problem, as the sim performance tab was totally frozen. Client and server weren't. On one game I had to totally abort because it was completely frozen, but I could still click units and issue orders, but no units actually responded.

I'm running Win 8 on a Lenovo Y410P, (i7-4700mq, GT750m, 16GB DDR3-1600) with up to date drivers.



Edit: Ah, I see. Playfab is a spinoff from Uber. Still, something has changed.

How do you get to PTE on Steam? I tried to install the launcher and that worked, but when I try play download PTE it crashes after 500 MB / 1GB downloaded.

Well, got disconnected from server. Everything was fine, then after 30 minutos my units stop reponding and then the game said that I got disconnected from server.
OS Windows 7, geforce 760, 8 gb ram

is in spanish but you just follow the arrow.
