Uber has said they would like to do a planet list in the system editor, but don't know when it will get done. So, probably past December, at least. @wondible, you're awesome. I love that you license your mods underneath Apache License v2.0. Which gives Uber permission to add your mods to PA.
If I was doing something permanent I'd probably build it with the styling from the load-planet interface. This is just the live game planet list panel with workalike messages to make it function in editor.
