[REL] Controlbartweaks

    A tiny mod mostly by @n00n
    - remove the by type selection buttons
    - place the idle warnings a little lower
    - make the idle warnings blink red <- that is what I added

    on pamm

    Yeah, it defaulted to ModX the first time for me. Not sure why, but it does nothing now for me either.

    Just a heads up that PTE 82098 makes changes to the spectator view which remove the control groups bar. If this mod is enabled it removes the time bar.

    "Fixed" it by simply not removing the control group bar. The respective code in PA is buggy and tbh I don't feel like wrapping my head around it right now. The blinking idle stuff is more important to me personally anyway.

    Maybe @n00n wants to have a look at it.

    Didn't this mod remove the control bar (1-9 unit group selection) previously? Or perhaps it was another mod.. Can't find that one on PAMM anymore though :(
