Recruit players for privates

I know alot of you are laughing at me for this but honestly we should stop turning down players who havnt played private matches and give them another shot. I added a few people and asked them to join in on a few matches both that i scambled up. They seamed to fair out well and I think we need to start giving some players a chance to play privates and givem a shot.

Example: everyone was telling me dont invite drizzy drake he wont do nothing but run and hide and protect his kd. He played assassin in our first game and didnt run and hide once.

So go play some pubs and give some people a shot. Not just anyone but people who want to play or even look up to alot of us.

Chron jeremy and his friend are pretty decent low level players and this is an example of what im talking about. Just give some new faces a shot.

Gunna try to recruit Gunked. Might be hard though :|

demon hasnt played mnc with me in a few weeks but hes never on or hes offline.
Subtility will play if i ask him but hes always offline
Gigivus will play but his focus isnt always there and playing matches while hes afk doesnt help.

Jester, hella, kitchen quit playing mnc all together though jester has randomly jumped into games with me and leaves after a game.

Im talking about new names, fresh blood, people who you all stomp in pubs and sometimes they win and want to beat you and have an urge for winning. People who are willing to learn and do better. People like headcase (aka swiming yoshi). dude comes out of no where and he can play support just like ext insanity.

But anyhow yeah theres alot of uk players out there that people need to check out.
Thing is i dont want to throw them in games where they just quit playing cause of intimidation and trash talk. I could care less what you all say about me but if i throw a player whos never even played a private match give them a shot. Chances are they could win a match for you. IE: Riskyracoon, James Melody & his friend Jeremy.

Im trying to get rpw comfortable with private matches as well. Thing is you should give him a shot because he has the potential of being an extremely lethal gunner if you give him a chance. Oddly enough his son plays on Head & Shoulders and you all praise him.
