Rare menu bug causes black screen

I've noticed a rare menu bug that causes the menu screens to not be drawn. This appears to happen most often in Crossfire menus, but I have yet to notice what actually causes it. It is still possible to navigate the menus and the leaderboard ticker at the bottom of the screen still scrolls.
