rankings or ladder plans for 1v1? 2v2? large team games?

I would like to know if there are plans for a ranking system or a ladder for 1v1 2v2 and large team games? If so, is there any chance it will be up in the beta, or will it most likely take until launch to implement such a system? I think a ladder system would be fantastic! I personally love love love ladder systems. With a ladder being dictated by uber you have an ultimate authority on rules rankings and set a foundation for competitive play that could truly take PA to the next level and make it an E SPORT. PA has all the other tools to become one already, no other game has the epic scale and unreachable skill ceiling that PA has. With virtually an unlimited unit, expansion, attack path, tech rout, strategy that PA has to offer I don't see why this game cant roll other games currently dominating the E SPORT scene. What do the players think? You guys want an official ranking system or do you not care either way?

yes they do plan to do this stuff. That's all we know up until now I think.
