   I'm sure this question has been asked a hundred times already but can anybody tell that whether or not I will get access to the ALPHA build if I pre-order the Galactic Edition now even though the alpha has already started?

   Of course. As long as the "tier" you are buying clearly states that you get alpha access, you will gain alpha access.
