Question: does the PA twitch use VBR?

    Upon reading the twitch guide to the bad quality feed fix tips there was a discussion around variable bit rate vs constant bit rate. So my question above. Just part of my troubleshooting to solve the quality issues which crop up irregularly.

    In our current PTE, there are a number of changes to settings, including this page now. But we've always been fixed rate, not VBR.
