As we all know Puerto Rico was hit with a massive hurricane. An as we all know Puerto Rican's are the smartest race as well as most Physically dominate race on the planet. Although technically not a country but a commonwealth to the United States, Puerto Rico has generated over 995 trillion dollars in revenue for the United States. Also Puerto Rico provides the United States with Military support. Even though I am not Puerto Rican, deep down inside I feel that as an American it is my duty to help Puerto Rico in it's time of need.
