ProTag progress: Is that right?

Just tried looking through my ProTags to see what I can do to unlock some more options, and found that my Support's healing only totals up to "60" whatever that means.

Wait, what? Hang on, either it's not registering, or does overhealing not count? And even then, gunners and tanks have more HP than that, so why is my count so low when the first tag unlocks at 5000?

There's a few others I might find to put here, but it looks like tag progress is kind of slow or bugged. I definitely recall getting two healing tags in one match, but couldn't find them anywhere.

EDIT: I've completed all of the Blitz modes except infinite (duh) in singleplayer, but those protags aren't unlocked either! Yep, something's definite broke.
