One question, you have disabled integrated Intel HD graphics card in BIOS?

Other thing: currently problem with long loading time is well known, it's related to some in-game bugs.

Try things lilsted here, they might decrease loading time, but no any guarantee.

Your CPU don't have integrated graphics, so it's doesn't mater.
