Basically, when I try to purchase the game, Paypal tells me that I HAVE to link a credit card or a debit card to verify my account. I'm simply not going to do that. I've purchased other games from Steam without any issues using Paypal in the past, and I do have enough money on my account.

Please resove this quickly, I'm dying to get a taste of MNC.

Edit: Now it won't even launch Paypal out of Steam, but gives me this message:

I have bought like 15 games over the last few days on Steam using PayPal. I bought MNC the day the beta was released via PayPal. Unless more people appear with the same problem it seems to be a glitch on your side.

If PayPal works on other sites contact Steam support. If it doesn't contact PayPal. I don't think there is anything Uber can do to help you with a PayPal problem.

I've had quite a bit of experience with PayPal, and I'm willing to bet that this is a problem on their side. PayPal lets you do very little these days without a credit card, so it's possible that they're restricting certain types of purchases until you link one.

I'm sure it's not entirely a Paypal issue. I had the same problem earlier when trying to buy Global Agenda. After that, I managed to purchase Worms Reloaded just fine. And now it's happening again with MNC.

I'm guessing it's something about the developer/whoever decides these things requires verified accounts only.

And all of these games were Steam-games, so it's not a Steam-thing either.

Could it be some age verification thing? I assume Worms Reloaded has no age limit, the other two games do. It's low (12 or something) but still, it might cause a problem.

I doubt it, I think Paypal has an age restriction by itself. I'll try and see if I can buy something else without a restriction.

I've had the same issue while trying to buy Burnout Paradise after my iDeal session expired. You have to wait a few hours and the game will show up as "not payed" rather than "pending payment".

After that you can purchase the game again.
