    That was a known issue, specifically with the shipment of the Tanks - not all figurines forever and eternity.

    Well no matter what it happens with absolutely all figurines. Not limited to Uber Entertainment. One time, I got a CPU from Newegg that came with bent pins. I literally rebent the pins for a friend, because it is more complicated than it looks and if done wrong can **** up a lot of other expensive stuff. But, it worked.

    I've actually had no problems with Newegg. but I've seen plenty of reviews for otherwise. I still think it's the minority. Still, I choose Amazon most of the time. They have almost identical return policies but they tend to be more like Walmart sometimes with what is acceptable to return (all based on reviews)
