Pressing F5 locks everything?

I was told that this would bring back my UI, instead the view is locked and I can't do anything.

Luckily it was a shared commander game and I think we made it out alright hah

F5 reload man UI scene so it's might restore all panels, or in some cases cause full UI crash.

I was able to quit PA and rejoin the game (for future reference)

it's refresh i believe, some time some panels are gone you could just f5 and wait a couple second it may bring the panels back
