Hello I just pre-ordered from your website and paid through Paypal. I got a confirmation e-mail from Paypal regarding my payment but never received an e-mail from Uber Store "confirming e-mail" to my e-mail address. What's going on?
Check your spam folder and try making it resend the E-mail. Not sure if you can make it resend the E-mail, but it'll be worth a try if you can.
Uber really needs to add a support tab to the main website header. Anyway try contacting the support at this email support@uberent.com
I hade to wait ~20 days before i got a reply (on another topic), and thats before they added preorders and the issues that followed. So theres no reason to feel alarm yet, try to be patient.
Hey all, Long holiday weekend, so while we were trying to respond to some issues, it was skeleton crew. We've had at least one or two reports of Amazon confirmation emails not going through for some reason. We're investigating it today. Please email us immediately if for some reason it looks like it errors out, but then you still get charged for it through Amazon. Thanks all! - G
