Pre-order / item key on steam

Hello all!

I am super excited for this game and I am really looking to pre-order the Galactic edition of this game.

However, I am wondering if anyone knows the pre-orders will be available through steam? Or if I pre-order through the uber site, will I be provided with a steam key so that I may obtain my full copy on steam?
